- Shipment data: consignee name and phone number.
- Media: shipment photos to verify condition.
- Technical data: device, browser, and usage information (for security and analytics).
How we use information
- To provide logistics services.
- To verify identity, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.
- To respond to support requests.
- To meet legal obligations, including customs and border regulations.
Sharing information
We only share necessary information with partner logistics companies, customs/border authorities, and service providers. Personal data is not sold.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements (for example, customs, tax, and dispute resolution). Shipment photos are stored securely and used only for tracking and verification.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data (including access controls and encrypted transmission). No system is 100% secure; we continually work to improve protection.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You may also object to certain processing.
International transfers
Because we operate between China and Turkmenistan, your information may be processed in both countries. This is necessary to deliver shipments and meet applicable legal requirements.
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Xcargo services. By shipping with us or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Services and scope
We arrange shipments from China to Turkmenistan. Timing and routes may change due to customs, transport capacity, or factors beyond our control.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate sender and consignee details and declare contents truthfully.
- Ensure shipments comply with applicable laws and prohibited-goods rules.
- Pay fees, taxes, customs charges, and other costs as required.
3. PROHIBITED GOODS:
- 🚫 EXPLOSIVES: Ammunition, firecrackers, sparklers, etc.
- 🚫 GASES AND FLAMMABLE MATERIALS: Methanol, acetone, phosphorus, sodium, etc.
- 🚫 TOXIC, RADIOACTIVE, AND CORROSIVE SUBSTANCES: Mercury devices, chemicals, nitrocellulose, etc.
- 🚫 OXIDIZERS: Nitrates, sulfuric acid, alcohol, spirits, lighters, flammable liquids, etc.
- 🚫 WEAPONS AND REPLICAS: Firearms, knives, shock devices, etc., plus weapon models, pneumatic weapons, crossbows, weapon parts, cartridges and components, and other cold weapons.
- 🚫 MINING EQUIPMENT AND PARTS: ASIC miners, graphics cards, etc.
- 🚫 MEDICAL SUPPLIES: Medicines, injections, syringes, IV supplies, etc.
- 🚫 NARCOTIC AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES: Including prohibited medicines.
- 🚫 Plants, flowers, and seeds.
- 🚫 Highly perishable food.
- 🚫 Tobacco products, hookahs, hookah accessories, e-cigarettes.
- 🚫 Reagents, chemicals, and laboratory/test materials.
- 🚫 Extremely fragile or easily damaged cargo.
- 🚫 Air conditioners and refrigeration equipment (not accepted due to refrigerants).
❗ IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If issues arise relating to prohibited goods—including goods held or confiscated at customs—we (the logistics provider) accept no liability. In such cases, refunds are not provided and goods are not exchanged or replaced.
🔎 ALSO:
If customs treats goods as branded or counterfeit (for example: Apple, Samsung, Dior, Nike, Chanel, Mercedes, etc.), we disclaim liability.
✅ Before buying and shipping, you must verify the item is not on the prohibited list.
❗ The receiving customer accepts all risks associated with shipping these goods. If goods are held or confiscated by customs, the customer may not bring claims against us for that situation.
4. Customs and taxes
Customs decisions can affect delivery time and costs. Unless otherwise stated, the consignee pays customs charges.
5. Loss, damage, and liability
Our liability is limited as permitted by law. Additional insurance may be available on request. If an issue occurs, provide evidence such as photos.
6. Photos and tracking
You agree to receive updates on shipment location and shipment photos for verification.
7. Payments and refunds
Fees must be paid as quoted. Refunds, if any, are processed after individual review. Bank or currency conversion costs are borne by the payer.
8. Changes to services or terms
We may update services or these terms in line with operations or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
9. Dispute resolution
If an issue arises, contact support first. If not resolved, disputes are handled within the scope of applicable law.
